Community Impact

In 2024, Trader Joe’s stores (579 at year’s end) donated more than 98 million pounds of quality products to a wide range of food banks and community-based agencies across the country. This important work happens seven days a week, in collaboration with our food recovery partners dedicated to alleviating hunger in their communities.

Downtown Woodstock has positioned itself as a live-work-play community, but lacks any grocery store options within walking or golf cart driving distance. In addition, Woodstock is centrally located to numerous, rapidly growing communities in desperate need of an accessible Trader Joe's location.
